1. INTRODUCTION
The AERTH.EU website is managed by ARISTOTE SPORT S.A.S., owner of the AERTH brand.
The present Terms and Conditions govern the sales of sports apparel products and accessories (hereinafter “the Products”) between ARISTOTE SPORT SAS, registered in the Nanterre Registre du Commerce et des Societes under number 880.839.097 and whose head office is located 14 rue des Suisses 92380 Garches, France (hereinafter "we" or "us") and any user (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or the "Client" or "you") of the www.aerth.eu website (hereinafter " aerth.eu website").
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and deliveries of products made by us. Any order placed on the aerth.eu site implies the User's full and complete adhesion to these General Conditions of Purchase. Only under written acceptance from us is it possible to depart from these Purchase Conditions.
2. PRODUCTS
AERTH designs, manufactures and sells elegant and performant sportswear on its website www.aerth.eu.
Only the Products appearing on aerth.eu website on the day of your order are offered for sale, in the limit of available stock. We do our best to ensure that the aerth.eu website reflects exactly the availability of our products. Despite our efforts, a product displayed on the aerth.eu site may no longer be available for purchase.
We also try to take the greatest care in presenting our products on our aerth.eu website, in particular by means of detailed descriptions and photographs illustrating the Products. We invite you to refer to the product pages in order to know its main characteristics and properties.
3. ORDERS
Any order placed on the aerth.eu website implies the User's full and complete adhesion to the present Terms and Conditions.
Once your choice of Product (s) has been made and your basket validated, you must:
- Create an account or identify yourself;
- Choose your delivery method: standard, fast, directly at your home or to an address likely to receive your package;
- Choose your payment method;
- Accept the Terms and Conditions of aerth.eu website by ticking the box provided for this purpose on the summary page of your order,
- You guarantee that the information you provide to us in the request or order is accurate and complete.
Any order submitted on the aerth.eu website is subject to our acceptance. We are at any time authorized to check an order before processing it and / or to refuse to accept it without providing reasons and without liability towards you or any third party.
We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. For example:
a. If a product is available to order on the aerth.eu website but is no longer available in stock;
b. If we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;
c. If shipping restrictions apply to a product;
d. If the product (s) displayed on the aerth.eu website contain an (obvious) error, such as an incorrect price or an inaccurate description.
In the event that we do not accept all or part of your order, we will naturally reimburse the amount paid for the canceled part or, if applicable, the entire order.
After placing your order, once your order is confirmed, and provided we have previously obtained debit authorization from your account, we will proceed with its dispatch.
An email informs you of the shipment. The invoice is then available in your account.
4. PRICE ET DELIVERY COST
The sale prices are indicated in Euros and All Taxes Included (VAT), excluding delivery costs.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) is that in force on the day of the order.
The prices applied are those appearing on the aerth.eu website at the time of validation of the order. The prices displayed on the aerth.eu website do not include delivery costs.
We offer free standard delivery for any order shipped in Metropolitan France above the amount clearly mentioned on the aerth.eu website at the time of the order process. In the event that your order does not reach this minimum amount, the cost of delivery is clearly indicated during the payment process.
Orders shipped outside Metropolitan France do not benefit from free standard delivery above the minimum amount.
We offer different delivery options in addition to the standard method. The cost of each proposed method is clearly indicated during the payment process.

6. WITHDRAWAL
You have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify AERTH of your decision by completing the online withdrawal form :

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by mail, specifying your surname, first name, postal address, order number, reference of the article concerned, date of order placement and date of receipt of the order. 7. RETURN AND PRODUCT EXCHANGE
We make every effort on our aerth.eu website to allow you to make your choice in an easy way, through detailed descriptions of our products and a size guide. Despite our efforts, you have the right to change your mind and you are allowed to return the ordered product (s) free of charge and without shipping costs within 30 days of ordering, on the sole condition that they are in the new condition and in their original packaging.
To do this, simply complete the return form available from the "My Account" section and follow the return instructions. You can also contact our customer service (see 8 below) who will tell you the procedure to follow. Orders returned in accordance with the conditions described above will be fully refunded upon receipt and returned to stock.
Products returned damaged, soiled or without indication allowing them to be attached to their original order will not be accepted. Under these conditions, the product(s) will be made available to the customer who may, if he wishes and at his expense, obtain a re-shipment of the product(s) unduly returned at his expense.
We take extreme care in the quality of our products. However, in the event that the product is presents a defect, we kindly ask you to indicate clearly the reason for your return in the form available from the "My Account" section, so that we do not put the product back in stock before having identified the default. If you do not have access to the online form, you can contact our customer service (see in 8) who will tell you the procedure to follow.

As such, only the private use of the aerth.eu website is authorized and strictly limited to viewing and reading the content found on the aerth.eu website. The downloading and printing of this data is authorized only for personal information purposes and not for commercial purposes.
