Delivery and return

Aerth.eu delivers to you in Metropolitan France and the rest of the world. The delivery costs and times vary depending on the country and the delivery service chosen, see table below.

You can at any time follow the progress of your package in your personal secure area "Your Account". You can also consult www.colissimo.fr with your parcel tracking number.

1 Zone OM 1: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy.

Zone OM 2: New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Lands.

With Aerth you have the right to change your mind! We allow you to return the ordered product (s) free of charge and without shipping costs* within 30 days of ordering, on the sole condition that they are in the new condition and in their original packaging.

To do this, simply complete the return form available from the "My Account" section and follow the return instructions. You can also contact our customer service (see 8 below) who will tell you the procedure to follow. Orders returned in accordance with the conditions described above will be fully refunded upon receipt and returned to stock.

*Products returned damaged, soiled or without indication allowing them to be attached to their original order will not be accepted. Under these conditions, the product(s) will be made available to the customer who may, if he wishes and at his expense, obtain a re-shipment of the product(s) unduly returned at his expense.
